I am also a student, choosing NTT DoCoMo's i - mode as the theme. Could anyone critically analyse the strenghts, weakness, opportunities, threats ( SWOT analysis ) that NTT DoCoMo could face in this 3G race? I have read the articles, but it seems most are geared towards strenght. I would appreciate any experts here to give me some guidance, or at least let me know where to find even more detailed analysis. Thank you

Plenty of information on o2's i-mode specificly can be found at http://www.i-mode-i.co.uk/. Includes information about the 'secretative' ad campaign.
